Duncan man charged in break-in

A Duncan man in his early 20s was arrested Monday after someone broke into the Good Neighbours Thrift Store on York Road.

North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP responded to the break-in shortly before 1 a.m. on July 25, and found the man exiting the store.

“The male was trying to steal a video and was held for court,” Const. Markus Lueder said.

Police are recommended break and entering charges.
