Corky Fontana, Clifton Jeffery Ho Tung face Dec. 12 court hearing on grow-op charges
Charges concerning an alleged marijuana grow-op in Cowichan have Daryl (Corky) Fontana, and Clifton Jeffery Ho Tung scheduled to reappear in Duncan court Dec. 12 for a preliminary hearing, court staff said.
That court date will be followed by a trial confirmation hearing set for Nov. 12, 2013.
Both men were represented by lawyers Tuesday in Duncan court, staff said.
The two suspects' federal charges concern their alleged production of a controlled substance, and its alleged possession for trafficking purposes.
