Subaru leaves Island Highway and sustains damage Friday near Duncan
The extent of injuries from Friday's single-vehicle wreck, just north of Duncan, were unknown by press time.
The accident happened at about 1:45 p.m. just south of Peter Baljet's GMC dealership, said News Leader Pictorial lensman Andrew Leong, when a late-model southbound Subaru left the highway, entered the ditch and sustained an unknown amount of damage.
Paramedics and police attended the scene. Details about the crash's cause were still under investigation.
